Ladies come from near and far,

all with the desire to visit Le petit spa.

On the outskirts of Halifax is where the spa resides,

thought of as an escape from the world outside.

A sought after retreat which started off so small,

the word soon spread, the secret became known to all.

Although we are busy we are careful to keep

the same concept and magic to sweep you off your feet…

What once was a shed…

In the late summer of 2011 Faye, with the help of her family, renovated the little potting shed in the grounds of their family home in Mirfield into a tranquil and relaxing haven for ladies. For a little over five years, what once was a shed became a very well known and special place for the ladies of Mirfield and the surrounding areas.

Providing five star treatments at affordable prices, while keeping the same quality of service, saw Faye booked up six to twelve months in advance. Le petit spa became the number one spa in Huddersfield and West Yorkshire according to Tripadvisor, with a Certificate of Excellence three years in a row.

On 12 September 2016 Le petit spa moved to Faye’s new home with her husband on the outskirts of Halifax, designed to keep the same feel: private and tucked away. The move brought a second treatment room and an extra pair of hands, so more ladies can visit, and you can now come with a friend if you choose to.

Le petit spa is recognised for its personal service and the high standard of every treatment. You are guaranteed one to one service and an experience you will cherish.

Faye

Owner & therapist · Opened Le petit spa in August 2011

Available Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

Faye began full time work in the spa industry in May 2010, gaining experience at spas such as Oulton Hall five star golf and spa hotel and Titanic Spa. It didn’t take her long to begin her own venture in 2011, with the simple idea of a little treatment room in her garden.

“It’s a wonderful feeling to do what I love the most every day and make others feel on top of the world. I get to call this my job.” Her quiet and gentle nature lets every lady she treats feel relaxed and at ease.

Trained at the Whiterose School of Health & Beauty in Leeds (2008 to 2010): national diploma in beauty sciences & ITEC, NVQ massage therapy and further courses.

Laura

Senior therapist · With us since January 2017

On maternity leave, back January 2027

Laura’s passion and commitment show in every therapy she carries out, which saw her entered into a national competition for therapists. Her friendly yet professional approach leaves a lasting effect.

BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences (Kirklees College), with extensive training in Elemis, Decleor, Carita, NEOM, Pinks Boutique, Jessica and CND.

Clare

Clare’s treatments are on another level of relaxing. She listens carefully to your needs and tailors the treatment to you.

Her welcoming, friendly and calm aura lets everyone who visits feel they are the only one who matters, and many regular ladies come back again and again asking for her.

Saphron

Japanese head spa · With us since June 2025

Available Wednesdays and the first Saturday of the month

Saphron from Essential Raydience brings the Japanese head spa to Le petit spa. She runs as a separate business, so Le petit spa vouchers can’t be used towards head spa treatments.
